Simon holds a 100th percentile score on the GMAT and has tutored students from all over the world. From 2012-2020, Simon taught GMAT for Manhattan Prep, including leading GMAT masterclasses at Imperial College London and London Business School.

Simon is fascinated by the impact of mindset on performance and works with students to master both test content and test-day psychology. In 2015, he earned a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from Penn.

Simon formerly worked in M&A at Goldman Sachs in London and Brazil and at global insurance firms in London, Cardiff and Milan. His diverse experience includes teaching English in provincial Argentina, guest-lecturing on a Master's program in Senegal, and earning the Cambridge English Language Teaching Award (CELTA). He has also worked in economics research at Deutsche Bank, established the Argentine subsidiary of a global insurance firm and founded the commercial insurance business of a FTSE 100 company.

He has completed an Ironman triathlon in Wales and a 12km ultra-swim in England’s Lake District.  When he’s not teaching GMAT, Simon can be found skiing from his campervan in the Italian Dolomites or training for a UTMB World Series 100-mile ultramarathon.
